new to spinning

 Hi, I'm Roy (22, Dutch) and I recently became a member of the sports club. Normally I'm into mountainbiking, but I would like to try spinning once. I don't speak Norwegian yet, so I couldn't understand everything on the website.

I have a couple of questions:

What is the best time/date to go spinning in other words: what group should I join?

What is the address of the spinning place?

I have never done spinning before so: What should I bring?

Roy, welcome in the club! What group to join is depending on your level and ambitions. I suggest you try out the various groups and talk to the trainers. The Expresslaget is the most demanding work-out. But in spinning you  decide your own intensity level by adjusting the resistance. You need to bring regular cycling wear including shoes. Also bring a towel to put under the stationary bike. Regards Espen Opheim
